For me, it was when I first saw the Doppleganger - my shadow. I had flashbacks of Zelda games. Link's shadow was always a PITA to deal with.

I cannot believe no one even mentioned Gloom. Gloom is the scariest place in GW, the first time you press the ctrl key to see how many of those guys are around the reaction is often O M G !

You know, scary monsters we've mentioned plenty of... but has anyone noticed the areas in Realm of Torment where the ground itself is made of bleeding scars?
